During the 12th annual Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE) conference held in Whistler in May 2022, ASSET Group members, alongside Dr. Tobber, presented four papers in different sessions. The information on the papers can be found here. As a cutting to edging research group in the structural and earthquake engineering field, we had the opportunity amazing to inform the academics and industrialists with our research. As a substantial scope of the ASSET Group, we have always been keen to have a practical impact on the engineering and construction industry.
Having said that, the positive effects of our works were presented publicly during the 12th annual CSCE conference. It has provided us with numerous connections with successful firms in the construction industry, such as Langley Concrete Group of Companies. Undoubtedly, having close relations with our industry partners would result in the introduction of research projects to solve complicated problems in current design and construction methods.
